It is all in how you cook them! So the next time you are looking for an easy dinner recipe remember pork! Lemon Garlic Pork Chops are another favorite. Oven baked pork chops can be super tender, juicy, and flavorful. Use a thermometer to check the temperature to make sure you DO NOT over cook the meat.Make sure the oven is up to temperature before you put the pork in.Here I mix the oil with the Dijon mustard and garlic, then just rub that on the pork. Science has come a long way and it is now safe to cook pork to 145 degrees. We learned a lot about how the pigs are cared for, but also a lot about cooking pork properly.
